Chili's Lakeline to get a new image

Chili's Lakeline will celebrate its updated look with a re-image Grand Opening on Saturday, March 1. The event will start when the restaurant opens its doors at 10:45 a.m.
Chili's Lakeline is located just east of Lakeline Mall at 11012 Pecan Park Blvd. in Cedar Park. Chili's re-image Grand Opening will be Saturday, March 1 when the store opens the doors at 10:45 a.m.
As an added treat, not only will Mr. Twistee the Clown be there for the kids from 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. for face painting and balloon twisting designs, he will be followed by Caricature Artist Heather Thomas from 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
The 12-year-old Chili's restaurant is undergoing a re-image. and will be updated, inside and out. The re-image should increase traffic and sales, as the restaurant continues to offer the same great food and service, said a Chili's spokesperson. This is the first such re-image in the Austin area.
Donehoo, general said that “five weeks ago the Chili's design team began the task of making over the restaurant and they have done it without ever closing our doors.”
Elements of the re-design include fresh landscaping, upgraded to-go and main entrances and new light fixtures in the dining and bar areas, updated artwork, color schemes and new furniture throughout the restaurant with Mexican tile tabletops.
The bar has undergone an extreme makeover. “The bar has more energy featuring blue neon accents and five flat screen TVs to catch your favorite games,” said the spokesperson. “All of the new elements were designed to make the customer feel relaxed, welcome and at home.”
