Cedar Park Mayor's shift, expansion of public comments creates questions

Cedar Park Mayor Corbin Van Arsdale's moving of public comments to the end of Thursday's meeting generated questions and controversy, including from some council members. However, Van Arsdale clarified Monday people are mistake and they will actually be allowed to speak at the start and the end of the meeting.The council will also consider offering a performance-based economic incentive agreement for a new business, and granting a noise exception for the upcoming  Haute Mess Music Festival.
