The City of Leander Planning and Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Pat Bryson Municipal Hall, 201 North Brushy, Leander, Texas, to hold a public hearing to consider the following:

The City of Leander City Council will meet on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Pat Bryson Municipal Hall, 201 North Brushy, Leander, Texas, to hold a public hearing to consider the following:  

Zoning Case 16-Z-029:  Hold a public hearing and consider action on the rezoning of several parcels of land including 8.78 acres more or less; located at 15841 Ronald W. Reagan Blvd.; WCAD Parcels R319362 and R031223.  Currently, the property is zoned interim SFR-1-B (Single-Family Rural) and SFS-2-B (Single-Family Suburban).  The applicant is proposing to rezone the property to SFR-3-B (Single Family Rural); Leander, Williamson County, Texas.  Applicant:  James C. Massaro on behalf of Glad Tidings Assembly of God, Inc.

Zoning Case 16-TOD-Z-023:  Hold a public hearing and consider action on the rezoning of a parcel of land including 51.993 acres more or less; located at 4181 N Hwy 183, WCAD Parcel R433110.  Currently, the property is zoned PUD/TOD (Planned Unit Development / Transit Oriented Development District) within the Conventional Development Sector and the S1 General Sector.  The applicant is proposing to amend the PUD to designate a Medical Services Special District (base zoning district of GC-2-A General Commercial) within the Conventional Development Sector portion of the property and to designate the T5 Urban Center Zone Transect Zone within the S1 General Sector portion of the property; Leander, Williamson County, Texas.  Applicant: Michael J.
