Christmas is a special time of year. It is one of our favorite family holidays. Christmas is a time when the entire world celebrates the birth of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. Jesus is the reason for the season. In our family we know it’s all about Him, Jesus Christ.

We love the lights, the decorations, the spirit of giving and Christmas cheer. However, we recognize and never lose focus, Jesus was born for a Divine assignment. He is the Son of God. Jesus came to this world, miraculously born of a virgin, to one day die on a cross for our sins, to pay a price He did not owe yet loved us enough He’d give his life, so we can spend eternity in heaven with our Heavenly Father.

The birth of Jesus was a new beginning. While many find Christmas season joyous, there are others who do not. As we experience life, we experience heartbreak, sorrow, pains, misunderstandings and don’t understand why.

I encourage you to see this Christmas as a new beginning. There is no pain you feel that Jesus cannot heal. It’s not happenstance or coincidence you are reading this article. God wants to touch your heart today and give you a new season of new beginnings through Christ Jesus. Hurt and pain have a way of working a number on all of us. Do not let the enemy silence your voice, tone you down or back you up.  You have purpose and destiny waiting to be fulfilled. You have been uniquely anointed for burden removing, yoke destroying work.

Jesus Christ is our center and circumference, the base and the boundary, the sum and the substance of what life is all about. God wants to shift you into a place of supernatural progression. There are things God can do by His spirit. I know it’s hard to understand and process, but you must trust God even when you can’t trace Him. Our job is to be the believer, He is the doer. He was born, came to this world to give His life so we could make heaven our home.

Christmas is a time of joy, hope, peace and the reminder of new beginnings.

The moment Jesus was born, considering the circumstances, He was born in the right place, at the right time, with the right people. Everywhere you go you see the Star, Jesus as the center focus. His giving of life created an opportunity to begin again, live again, and dream again. We love the joy of the Christmas songs, the Christmas plays, and the time of spending quality time as a family to celebrate the reason for living that is Christ Jesus.

From our family to yours, Merry Christmas! We love you. We are praying for your success. Remember after the exchange of gifts, the holiday meals and sweets, along with your family traditions. God is on your side. May this Christmas bring you joy, peace, salvation, health, forgiveness, and redemption. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
