Craig was born May 24, 1950 in Benton Harbor, Mich.
He passed away on March 16, 2017 in Leander after an ongoing battle with cancer.
Craig was preceded in death by his Mother, Virginia Barton and Father, Earl George Adams.
He is survived by his three children and three grandchildren: son - Ryan Bogard of Florida; son - Brett Adams of Arizona and grandson - Ryan Adams; daughter - Kellie Adams of Cedar Park, grandson Braidon Klopfenstein and granddaughter Lillie Herring.
Craig’s greatest relationship and joy was the relationship he sought after with Our Lord Jesus Christ and his joy came from serving God’s people. Craig struggled with cancer for the past few years however during this time he walked alongside others who had their own battle with cancer. On Jan. 29, 2017, Craig was commissioned as a Stephen Minister through Highpoint Fellowship. He wanted to continue to walk with others through their journey of dips and valleys, all while battling through his own canyon. Shortly after becoming a Stephen Minister, Craig learned his cancer had become terminal. In Craig’s own words, “I’m okay, because either way I WIN.” On March 16, 2017, Craig won and is now seated beside Our Father.
Services for Craig Adams will be held on April 8, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Highpoint Fellowship, 600 W. New Hope Dr., Cedar Park.
Craig requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made in his name to his home church Highpoint Fellowship.
