Commissioners Long, Cook call for Sheriff's resignation

Williamson County Commissioners Cynthia Long and Terry Cook called for the resignation of Sheriff Robert Chody, after the release of video footage of the murder of Javier Ambler while in the custody of sheriff’s deputies in March 2019.  Ambler, a 40-year-old, father of two, joins the list of deaths caused by police violence against people in the black community.
