Resident speaks up about local reform amid national outcry

At Williamson County's first in-person Commissioners Court meeting on Tuesday, local resident Dr. Paula Dawning of Round Rock asked commissioners not to be silent during this time of civic unrest, amid a national outcry against police brutality, after the death of George Floyd while in police custody in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
