Skillpoint Alliance and Texas State Technical College (TSTC) in New Braunfels are partnering to offer a free overnight manufacturing training program designed to help individuals gain the skills, knowledge and industry-recognized credentials needed to pursue entry-level careers in manufacturing. No prior experience is required!
Through this program, participants will learn essential manufacturing skills, including shop math, assembly, machining, maintenance, inspection and workplace readiness. Training also prepares participants to pursue valuable industry credentials, including the SME Certified Manufacturing Associate credential, HAAS Basic CNC Mill certification, OSHA-10 and Lean Six Sigma White Belt.
Participants will also receive resume and job search support to help them take the next step toward employment.
Why choose overnight training? This program prepares participants for in-demand third-shift manufacturing careers, where many employers offer additional pay through shift differentials. It's an opportunity to develop marketable skills, gain a competitive edge and explore a new career path.

Dates: Oct. 26 to Dec. 16, 2026
Schedule: Mondays through Wednesdays, 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Location: TSTC in New Braunfels, Texas
