Witnesses: Man pointed gun at them after dog gunned down

CEDAR PARK — Witnesses told police that a man who opened fire on a family dog at The Ranch at Brushy Creek also aimed the gun at them when they saw their pet gunned down and a woman was hit by gunshot debris Sunday night, police said.
