Jack’s Modern Artisan Deli was founded by Jack and Nicole Gillespie with a clear mission: bring elevated, chef-driven food to Leander. Combining traditional deli roots with a modern approach, the menu focuses on quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and consistent execution—delivering a refined take on everyday food.
We offer elevated sandwiches, soups and salads as well as catering and meal prep services. In addition, we also have a selection of fresh meats and cheeses.
